Below you can check out the range of inflatables that we have available. From bouncy castles to soft play, Our bouncy castles range in sizes so please check the sizing and space required before hiring, it is down to you the hirer to check these. Our red and blue changeable art work castle is one of our most popular castles because we are able to change the front to different characters/themes, Please discuss this with us when booking so we can talk about the options available. The Mouse castle is a smaller castle for under 5’s only, It is perfect for the smaller aged children but can also be paired with soft play and makes the perfect addition.

Our delivery times during peak season are between 7am-12noon and will be collected again between 5pm-8pm, this is based on making the quickest and most economical route possible, Should you require a later pick up this will then be classed as over night and a £30 overnight fee will be charged, The route is done the day before and you will be given an estimated time of delivery, To which you will then receive a text message the following morning when you are the next stop. We ask all customers that the ground and area to which the inflatable is going is prepared and ready for us for when we arrive, This includes cleaning the ground of debris, stones and animal faeces, And supplying us with an extension cable which needs to be plugged in and placed ready for us upon arrival. This is to ensure that set up is as quick and efficient as we possibly can be and the next customer isn’t held up. If we turn up to a venue and we feel the ground isn’t safe, or we cannot get access, Then we can refuse the right to custom with zero refund. If your party or event is in a hall we need to know the times of hall hire and party hire when booking, We ask that you allow us as much time as possible during our peak season either side of your party, This allows us some time if for worst case scenario situations and we get held up in traffic etc. A minimum amount of time needed is at least 1 hour before and 1 hour after the party is finished for us to be able to set up and pack down again. Please note all our inflatable hires are only available within 15 miles of Truro, this is during peak season and can be discussed further during our quieter months.

Each piece of equipment is tested within the guidelines of The British Standard EN14960 with a valid RPII or PIPA certificate available to download on each product. We have a £5 million public liability insurance cover on all of our setups and all electrical equipment has an electrical safety test.

Our bouncy castles are not suitable for adults, We recommend the appropriate age and height limit is 12 years old, All our soft play inflatables are suitable for children who are five years and under.

You can click on the product and all the information you need will be displayed, This includes the size, space and ground needed for the inflatable. Please note that we will not put on hard ground outside, This is to comply with law regarding safely securing an inflatable to the ground, This requires 163kg per anchor point and all castles will have 6 anchors or more depending on their size.
