Are you looking to run an event and looking for inflatables, here at Summertime Entertainment we can provide excellent services, from a multi award winning local family run business, this ranges from inflatable’s, with our brand new helta skelta which is over 24 ft high it is proving to be quite the crowd pleaser at events, we can come along with our food stall which can provide candy floss, hot dogs, slushies, snacks and drinks, and popcorn, This can all be discussed when hiring. For most events we can either pay a pitch fee, or we can give a percentage at the end of the event after takings. We look forward to welcoming some new inflatables and services in 2023.
We have recently rotated some of our stock and we are focusing more on doing events but we still provide bouncy castles and soft play to parties, this now needs to be discussed in person and cannot be booked through the website. We have our 11x15ft red and blue coloured bouncy castle which can change the art work on the front, please Discuss this when you are booking. We also provide different soft play packages, including inflatable ball pools, soft play, and toddler play parks. Our soft play packages are solely aimed at an under 5 years old audience this means that we prefer only children under this age to use our apparatus however if this is being used as an add-on/package to a bouncy castle to occupy the little ones whilst their older siblings play then this is ok.
Our inflatables are suitable for both indoors and outdoors but this is weather dependant, we are indoor hires only from 31st October - 1st April this is to help protect our castles and keep them in the best condition they possibly can be and help them last longer. Please note it is up to you as the customer to check the size and space for the equipment to fit, you will find the sizes all linked onto each inflatable available. During our peak season our delivery times are between 7am-12 noon and 5pm - 8pm, this is because we cannot commit to set times during these times due to being extremely busy, traffic, and other factors that may cause us delays, We ask that all customers make sure they are ready for us upon delivery, ensuring the grass is clear of debris and any animal faeces, ensuring that you provide us with extension cables are out and ready plugged in for us, if using a generator then please discuss this with us before hire, this is so we can be as quick as possible with every delivery. You will be asked to go through our safety terms and conditions and sign a wager before we leave to show you have read and understood the terms and conditions. If your party is an indoor hire then we need to know this as soon as possible with party times and hall hire times, we try to ask that you give us an hour each side of hall hires this gives us a better chance of being able to cover the booking especially during peak season. Please note for party hires only we only cover 15 miles from Truro, this can be discussed further during our quieter months as it may be easier for us to go further a field then.

Safety is our number one priority and we exercise a great safety routine by having all of our inflatables PIPA/RPII tested and all of our other equipment is annually tested. We may cancel your booking should we think that it’s not safe on the day due to weather conditions and our decision is final, but please understand that we aren't doing this to ruin your day but to keep your children and guests safe. If we cancel your booking then we will work with you to discuss other options like rebooking or refunding if this is in line with our terms and conditions. If the forecast is poor in the week up to your event we will look at contacting you in advance to discuss options ahead of the day to try and make sure that your booking can still happen and this maybe by moving the location to an indoor suitable venue or changing the date.

We are members of the BIHA (British Inflatables Hirers Alliance), TIPE (The Inflatable Play Enterprise), BCN (Bouncy Castle Network), There is currently only 8 Companies registered with the BIHA in Cornwall, Hire with confidence knowing these are well known reputable companies. Not only that but we also carry out safety inspections upon setting up, and follow all HSE guidance. Along with also having our food hygiene certificates up to date.
